The teenage population will grow from 19 million to 33 million from 1994 to 2004. 88% of teens don’t attend church anywhere on a regular basis. If nothing changes, some estimate that only 4% of American teens will be attending church by the year 2004. Over 80% of people who trust Christ as savior do so by the time they turn 18. It is extremely urgent the church aggressively and strategically reaches out to the American teenager.
